: Until wild gets a better signal or translator in Appleton, they wont gain much. There's alot of bleed over from WPKR 99.5. Don't forget Oshkosh is included in the ratings. You can't even get WILD in Oshkosh.
True, Midwest did apply for a translator in Appleton too. For some reason they put that it was for WOZZ. I don't get that since WOZZ's studios are in Appleton (well at least close enough).
